¡Por fin llegó uno de los momentos más esperados de nuestro proyecto SWIM (Sport with meaning)!

A lo largo de la tercera evaluación, nuestros alumnos más mayores recibieron unas clases de Educación física “especiales”: primero, hicieron un test de 5 minutos y, a través de la web CALADU CAPAS del Gobierno de Aragón, obtuvieron la progresión de tiempos que deberían tener para mantener un ritmo continuo de carrera.

En sucesivas clases fueron practicando hasta que llegó el día de la carrera, en la que nos apuntamos muchos más: los profesores, los socios internacionales del proyecto, Latvijas Sporta izglītības iestāžu Direktoru padome (Letonia), Futbolo mokykla klubas Lituanica (Lituania) y Türkiye Okul Sporları Federasyonu (Turquía) y casi todos los alumnos de Secundaria.

Para monitorizar nuestros esfuerzos, nos descargamos la app STRAVA, donde previamente los socios habíamos preparado la ruta a recorrer: 2,5 km por los alrededores del colegio. Finalmente, en un ambiente alegre y festivo, 88 alumnos junto con profesores y socios realizamos la ruta corriendo. ¡Todo un éxito!

One of the most expected moments of our project SWIM (Sport with meaning)! finally arrived!
Throughout the third term, our VET students received "special" physical education lessons: first, they did a 5-minute test and, through the CALADU CAPAS website of the Government of Aragon, they obtained the progression of times that they should have to maintain a continuous pace of the race.

In successive classes they were practicing until the day of the race,in which many more people joined in: teachers, our international partners: Board of Directors of Latvian Sports Educational Institutions (Latvia), Football school club Lituanica (Lithuania) and Turkish School Sports Federation (Türkiye) and most of our students from secondary education.

To monitor our efforts, we downloaded the STRAVA app, where previously the partners had prepared the route to do: 2.5 km around the school.
Finally, in a happy and festive atmosphere, 88 students together with teachers and partners made the route running. It was a great success!
